Strengths and weaknesses

Strength #1: Content writing.

I have exceptional writing abilities. When it comes to my work, I am dedicated to both artistic excellence and success metrics. I’ve had to learn how to strike the right balance between imagination and data, and it’s a personal goal of mine to show what good writing can do for the bottom line, whether in ads or not.

Strength #2: Persistence.

I am meticulous and persistent. I keep track of the specifics while working on a project. I can find the basics and vigorously fight for them to reach deadlines because I have a thorough understanding of the components. This is mirrored in my peer and management reviews on a daily basis.

Strength #3 : Collaboration.

I have always tended to work in groups because I’m a very collaborative person. Members of the project teams I’ve led collaborate with a variety of people and are inspired by a variety of innovative tasks. My productivity has improved since I started managing my current team

Weakness: Over-critical

I have a tendency to be overly critical of myself. I have found a trend in my career where I always believe I should have done better, even though I’ve done well objectively. This resulted in burnout and negative self-talk earlier in my career. For the last three years, one solution I’ve used is to consciously pause and celebrate my accomplishments.Not only has this helped my own self-esteem, but it has also helped me genuinely appreciate and recognize my team and other support systems.
